During an assault and theft of his laptop at a train station, this 38-year-old man from Elizabeth had his nose broken after he had been knocked to the ground. His crooked nose was a constant reminder of the attack, and he wanted it to be fixed. He had difficulty breathing and also did not like his round nasal tip and retracted nostrils. During rhinoplasty at the New Jersey-based Burnett Plastic Surgery, Dr. Carlos Burnett removed and repositioned cartilage as grafts for support of his nasal tip and nostrils. He's all smiles now!
