Our patient is a municipal worker in Union County, New Jersey and a busy Mom. She did not want circumferemtial liposuction (lipo360) because she had a large hernia and was planning for future pregnancies. Smartlipo of the back, bra roll fat, upper/ lower back and upper buttock was performed. She is very happy that her clothing fits better and that her buttocks and back display a beautiful silhoutte.
